PERSONAL TRAINER BACKGROUND
A BioMedical Engineer designs and develops devices, real and artificial, for the human body, for example, artificial joints, tendons, limb prosthetics/ orthotics, artificial heart/ heart valves, pacemakers, defibrillators, oxygenators, CAT, MRI, ECG, biosensors, etc.  Therefore a BioMedical Engineer has an extensive knowledge on the human body and how the body functions on a biological, chemical, and mechanical level, in order to design and develop devices for the human body.  And in order to design for the body, one must know and understand how the body works. Area of specialty is in Biomechanical Engineering, which also involves biomechanics, fundamentals of movement, etc.  Biomechanical engineering is a discipline which involves engineering principles and methods to the human body:  Joint movements, the reaction of bone to stress, blood flow, etc.

The overall title in Arizona in bodybuilding in 1987, soon began personal training. Personal trainer certified through ace, the American Council on Exercise, and is also an ACE Ambassador Personal Trainer.

PERSONAL TRAINING APPROACH
Everyone’s body is different and unique.  We all have different genetics, bone structure, metabolism, habits, injuries, etc. therefore people will benefit differently from different programs i.e. one program may or may not be as effective to one person versus another person because of these differences.   A qualified (degree and experienced) personal trainer will effectively “personalize” or “customize” each program so the client receives the most benefits therefore the most results.  Every time the client meets with the personal trainer, the workout is “customized” with respect to what is most effective for that client at that particular time.  The more customized the program becomes, the greater the results.  The client receives the results in an “exponential-type” fashion, since the client increases in strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, their results increase proportionally.

PERSONAL TRAINING PROCESS
The programs begin with multi-joint, compound muscle group exercises to inform the trainer on the client’s initial level of fitness, strength, endurance, imbalances, injuries, etc.  The personal trainer quickly begins to customize the program to be most effective for that client with respect to what they see

FITNESS RESULTS
The true results come from changing or customizing and personalizing the workouts each time the client meets with the trainer.  The workout program changes and becomes more customized every time the client meets with the trainer.  The true results come from tailoring each exercise workout.
